From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs as a business traveler. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was impeccable, creating a luxurious and timeless ambiance throughout the hotel. I was particularly impressed with the art gallery on the staircase, adding a unique touch to the overall experience. Additionally, being welcomed at reception with a delicious cocktail was a fantastic start to my stay. Having breakfast delivered to my room at no additional cost was a huge bonus, and the food was nothing short of delightful. Hotel Gotham truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.

I was blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail during my stay at Gotham. As a surprise for our anniversary, they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The staff even personalized our room with a plate of chocolates and arranged a martini tasting in the comfort of our suite. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had unique touches like a monsoon shower and binoculars to enjoy the city view. We dined at the Honey restaurant where the food was exquisite and the service outstanding. Club Brass provided a sophisticated atmosphere and delicious cocktails. The rooftop seating offered breathtaking views of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable stay.

Everything was great, loved our fantastic stay. Got exceptional, stunning with amazing shower, the big bath, for instance. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to a public park.

The room was immaculate and luxurious, and we were provided with separate bath and heating. The service was excellent and the food was fab. Could use turndown service free of charge, that's nice. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Manchester Town Hall.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were very rude.

Art deco inspired decor. Helpful and enthusiastic staff. Spacious and cozy room with unique design details. Decadent breakfast and dinner included. Immersive and memorable experience.

Wonderful feel overall, fab staff and location.

Every staff member was superfriendly and efficient. A private safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar were available in our king room.

We loved the theatrical opulence and quirky decor of the hotel. The staff were cheerful and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The location was right in the centre of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a beautiful bar and restaurant where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks.

The hotel had a great location right in the city center, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped for the price we paid. we were disappointed to find out that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, limiting our access to enjoy the stunning views.

The place is stylish and fairly clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 5 star rating. Want to say thank you for lovely stay.

I appreciated staff and location. Moreover, it had parking nearby. Stopped by Rollers Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's next to the venue, recommend. The stay was absolutely great!

The staff are helpful, and the service is attentive, with a friendly welcome upon arrival. The rooms are stylish and well presented, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a pleasant dining experience, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provides amenities like a mini bar and a turndown service, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

One downside, however, is the limited availability of the hotel's bar, especially during corporate events.

The hotel is fairly clean and fabulous, offers easy location so near to the shops too.

Impressive luxury experience. Our heavenly room was elegantly designed and furnished with the latest technology. the exclusive amenities included a private dining area and a terrace garden. the exceptional service of the staff throughout our stay made us feel like first-class guests. the restaurant was a culinary journey of flavors and seasonally inspired dishes, accompanied by a great selection of fine wines.

Only one minor issue is that the location was a bit far from the city center and we had some trouble getting there via public transportation. the location also had its advantages, the area was peaceful and had some amazing views of the city.

From the moment I stepped into the venue, the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. the room had a sophisticated decor, with high, quality furniture and bedding that allowed me to have a relaxing stay. the bar/lounge area served delicious cocktails and had a cozy atmosphere to enjoy conversations. the restaurant offered flavorful dishes with special diet menus that satisfied my dietary needs. the service was exceptional and friendly, always available to attend to my requests.

Although the food was well, prepared with a good selection, it arrived a bit later than the designated time.
